We work tirelessly to limit the impact of our process on the environment. Our unique mix of skill and technology ensures that every aspect our process is as efficient as possible.

Careful planning of timber products usage ensures that recover of the resource is optimal at all times. Wherever possible water-based adhesives and resins are used. Packing systemisation, use of renewable packing materials and surples car transport shipping infrastructure ensures that our transport process is efficient.

Ensuring efficiency and sustainability in every aspect of our process is paramount in keeping our footprint as small as possible.

Overview of our process is as follows:

Receipt of customer order and deposit payment
Our Melbourne staff review materials, finishes and hardware with clients prior to site measure and workshop drawing process.
In conjunction with client project management we discuss joinery programming and installation scheduling.
On site readiness, each area is measured and reviewed in detail to ensure functionality of the joinery and compliance with design intent. Our experienced staff liaise with clients to achieve the desired outcome taking site conditions into account.
Detailed cabinetry CAD drawings are issued to clients for review, on return drawings are amended until correct and client sign off of each drawing. The drawing process is critical to accurate delivery of all aspects of our projects.
Approved CAD drawings are downloaded into our CAM machining infrastructure, technology ensures accuracy and consistency. Where required machined components are assembled, frontages and hardware are fitted off.
Completed assemblies are checked for accuracy and then disassembled, finished and packed. Carcassing is shipped to site without frontage to limit site related damage. Transit time port to port is around 17 days.
On arrival of vessels in Melbourne our staff oversee customs process and delivery to site.
Components are unpacked and installed, final fit off of frontages and other sensitive finishes are installed when site conditions allow.
All defects are attended to on receipt of client defect list.
Our relationship with local contractors ensures that any remedial works are done with limited delay.
