COMPANY INFRASTRUCTURE
ASA Cabinets Pty Ltd is a Melbourne based company offering Interior designers, architects and high end residential builders a full turnkey cabinetry and furniture solution for high quality domestic and commercial projects. Projects are overseen and run by our Melbourne based team that deliver luxury project detail to perfection. Production is done at our fully owned and run offshore production facility in Johannesburg, South Africa.
WHY OFFSHORE MANUFACTURE
Most luxury project detailing is not always suited to technology production i.e veneering, pre site assembly, finishing etc. For this reason, we established our own offshore manufacturing infrastructure in 2012 which facilitates cost effective production of labour intensive detailing. An additional benefit of manufacture in South Africa is that we are able to contribute to the upliftment of the local people by skill upliftment and job creation.

MARKETING AND CUSTOMER LIASON - RAPHAEL PICKER, owner of ASA Cabinets, is a traditional furniture maker by training and has been manufacturing high quality furniture and cabinetry for leading interior designers and architects in Australia and North America since 1997.
PROJECT INSTALLATIONS - BRUNO SCULLI, a furniture and cabinet maker since 1998 has extensive building experience and has installed projects in Australia and North America. He has worked with Raphael since 1998 and oversees all sight related matters from site measure to final installation.
FACTORY MANGER
ASA Cabinets implemented a rigours ongoing skills upliftment programme for it’s South African factory employee’s in 2017.
Under mentorship of Raphael Picker and Bruno Sculli, each with their own area of expertise, our factory staff manufacture furniture and cabinetry to the highest industry standards.
